Fuxiang (Jason) Bao is the Chief Executive Officer of StarcoGro Inc. Jason has a bene and quintessential part of Starco Lighting Inc. where he was involved in the strategy & planning, operational management and technology roadmaking.
In addition to the above, Mr. Bao will exercise discretionary decision-making over the day-to-day activities of the company. This will include negotiating contracts, establishing office policies and coordinating day-to-day activities of the business in the United States. Further, he will be responsible for hiring, promoting and terminating subordinates, as well as delegating assignments according to their capabilities, preferences and goals. Mr. Bao will oversee and coordinate the activities of a professional staff of 4 including production supervisor, warehouse manager etc. He will have autonomous control over, and exercise wide latitude and discretionary decision- making in establishing the most advantageous courses of action for successful
Mr. Bao will continue assuming the temporary role of Chief Technical Officer, based on his extensive executive experience and in-depth knowledge gained while working for Zhejiang Starco Lighting Manufacturing Co. Ltd in China.
From September 2013 to April 2016, Mr. Bao worked as a Chief Technical Officer at Zhejiang Starco Lighting Manufacturing Co. Ltd. in Dongyang, Zhejiang, China. He performed duties similar to the ones described above. In addition, Mr. Bao was responsible for overseeing, coordinating and managing the research and development of the LED T8 Glass Tube and LED T8 Plastic Tube. He oversaw and managed a professional staff of 5 including R&D manager, senior engineer, etc.
In addition to the above, Mr. Bao exercised discretionary decision-making over the day-to-day activities of the company. This included negotiating contracts, establishing office policies and coordinating day-to-day activities of the business in China. Further, he was responsible for hiring, promoting and terminating subordinates, as well as delegating assignments according to their capabilities, preferences and goals. Mr. Bao possesses a Bachelor of Engineering, major in Electronic Science and Technology conferred upon him by Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University in July 2011. In addition, he was awarded a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence by the University of Southampton in November 2012.
